Pebble Creek is east of Freehold in Colts Neck on Highway 34, just off Route 18 at exit 19A to the north.

The layout meanders through a natural parkland setting along tree-lined fairways over a slight change in elevation with a variety of slight and dramatic doglegs. The fairway's landing zones and greens are guarded by strategically placed sand bunkers and numerous water hazards in the form of ponds and Slope Brook. From the tips, it's only 6,325 yards, 69.9/121, course/slope ratings, with two shorter tees, designed by Hal Purdy.
