Pelican Hill has two 18 hole championship golf courses located off the Pacific Coast Highway just south of Newport Beach.

The Ocean South Course fairways and greens are bordered by sage and eucalyptus trees with significant elevation changes and views of the Pacific throughout the round. The 11th through 13th are the best stretch of holes along the coast and are challenging with the prevailing wind always in play. It plays to 6,580 yards from the tips, par 70, 71.9/134, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees, designed by Tom Fazio.

The Ocean North is more wide open and forgiving with less trees and the deep fescue than the South and has views of the Pacific on every hole. The layout provides a number of course management options as it's marches through canyons and over plateaus. It plays to a par of 71 with five sets of tees from 4,951 yards to 6,945 yards, the middle tees play to 6,270 yards, 69.9/127, course/slope ratings, by Fazio as well.
