Pendaries is located near Rociada just 30 minutes north of Las Vegas and about an hour from either Santa Fe or Taos.

The golf course is a scenic, mountain style layout in the Sangre de Cristo Range of the Rockies at 7,500 feet above sea level. The course roams through a valley along heavy ponderosa, fir, and aspen lined fairways with numerous doglegs through a small residential development. There's several water hazards in play and generally small greens tucked into coves surrounded by trees. The course plays to 6,101 yards, 68.4/119, course/slope ratings from the championship tees or as short as 5,044 yards from the forward tees, designed by Donald Burns.
