Pine Hills GC is on the south side of Ottawa, about 15 minutes east of LaSalle.

The golf course has a classic layout designed by Tom Bendelow in the 1920s. The name appropriately describes the course as it moves along pine tree-lined fairways over rolling hills and ravines, with Covel Creek affecting play on a few holes. The greens are small and raised and quick with slight undulations. Each hole is separate and isolated, with nothing but natural corridors lining the course. It's a short, 9-hole layout at 3,132 yards from the back tees, 70.1/121 course, and slope ratings with two shorter tees.
