Prairie Links is on the south side of Waverly about 20 minutes north of Waterloo.

The layout wanders through a residential community with a few holes lined with homes. It's a wide open, links-style design with a generous amount of sand bunkers, water hazards in play on potentially five holes, and fairways lined by tall fescue grasses. It plays to 6,614 yards with a 127 slope from the black tees, the blue tees play to 6,187 yards, 70.3/119, course/slope ratings, designed by Pat Weiss.
