Prairie Vista is a City of Bloomington municipal golf course located just south near the I-55/I-74 split.

It's a wide open and straightforward design with water in play on 16 holes, a moderate amount of sand along the fairways and greens, yet roomy off the tee. The course can play from 6,745 yards from the Championship Tees, 72.2/129, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Roger Packard and opened in the early 1990s.
