The Preston CC is located about 30 minutes north of Logan on the northeast side of Preston.

The golf course is partially built around a residential development with homes bordering the exterior holes. The front nine is the original layout along tree lined fairways with sand traps guarding half of the small, oval greens. The backside is a wide open, links-style layout along broad fairways bordered by numerous water hazards in addition to a modest amount of sand traps guarding the ample greens. There's five sets of tees overall with the tips playing to 6,321 yards, 68.9/123, course/slope ratings.
