Red Cloud Golf Course is 1 1/2 hours south of Grand Island, on the east side of Red Cloud, surrounded by rolling fields north of the Republican River.

The layout ambles over rolling hills along scattered tree-lined fairways leading to small raised greens with natural corridors bordering the holes. It's a full 3,168 yards from the back tees, par 36, 35.7/122, course/slope ratings, designed by a local pro, Harry Obitz, in the late 1980s.
