Red Oak Country Club is about an hour southeast of Omaha on the east side of Red Oak.

The golf course is an established parkland layout along a mix of narrow and broad, tree-lined fairways with numerous doglegs and blind shots but only a few holes with water hazards. The routing is over rolling hills with sparing use of sand bunkers defending the modest, undulating greens. There are four sets of tees, from 5,000 yards at the Red tees to 6,176 yards at the Blue tees. The Whites are 5,754 yards, 68.2/117 course/slope ratings.
