Red Tail Run is on the south side of Decatur on Grove Road off Ripley in Wildwood Park.

It's a challenging, mostly links style layout along wide open fairways bordered by tall fescue grasses with a couple of holes framed by trees. The course marches along broad fairways leading the massive green complexes both defended by an abundance of sand bunkers and multiple water features. It was designed by Ray Floyd, the white tees play to 6,164 yards, 69.2/118, course/slope ratings with two longer and two shorter tees.
