River Creek is a 9 hole golf course off the Golden Chains Highway in Ahwahnee.

The layout moves through the pine tree forests of the Sierra foothills in a scenic setting bordering a sparsely developed residential community. It's somewhat target golf as the fairways are narrow and the greens are protected by sand bunkers in addition to several water hazards in play. The golf course plays to 3,152 yards from the back tees, 34.8/128, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by John Hilborn.
