River Landing is just off I-40 at the Wallace exit, about 45 minutes north of Wilmington, with two 18-hole layouts.

Both golf courses wind through a residential community on the north side of the Northeast Cape Fear River. The River course is a parkland design weaving through pine tree-lined fairways along the River over rolling terrain with water hazards potentially in play on all but four holes and well-bunkered fairways and greens. The middle tees of the River course play to 6,026 yards, 69.4/128, course/slope ratings. The Landing is similar in design with water hazards in play on twelve holes and from the middle tees is 6,212 yards, 69.7/123, course/slope ratings, both designed by Clyde Johnson.
