River Landing is just off I-40 at the Wallace exit about 45 minutes north of Wilmington with two 18 hole layouts.

Both golf courses wind through a residential community on the north side of the Northeast Cape Fear River. The River course is a parkland design weaving through pine tree lined fairways along the River over rolling terrain with water hazards potentially in play on all but four holes and well bunkered fairways and greens. The middle tees of the River course play to 6,026 yards, 69.4/128, course/slope ratings. The Landing is similar in design with water hazards in play on twelve holes and from the middle tees is 6,212 yards, 69.7/123, course/slope ratings, both designed by Clyde Johnson.
