River Wilds is on the north side of Omaha in Blair on US 75 about 30 minutes from downtown Omaha.

The golf course is a parkland layout marching over mostly level terrain along a blend of open and narrow, tree lined fairways with several doglegs providing interest and entertainment. There's a stream which bisects the northern quarter and a pond which come into play on 1/3 of the holes along with a variety of sand traps along the landing zones and guarding the greens. There's three sets of tees from 5,114 yards to 6,547 yards from the tips, the White tees play to 6,166 yards, 69.4/122, course/slope ratings.
