Riveredge is on the southwest side of Marshfield in a natural setting surrounded by farmland and forests with the Yellow River splitting the course on its northeastern corner.

The layout provides a blend of narrow and broad, tree lined corridors over generally level terrain. The River and multiple ponds bring water in play on multiple holes including forced carries and sand bunkers defend most greens along with the rouge fairway bunker. There's three sets of tees with the tips playing to 6,545 yards, 71.5/126, course/slope ratings, designed by John Hodek.
