Riverwinds is hard on the Delaware River south of the Walt Whitman bridge on the Jersey side between Woodbury Creek and the marina on the Delaware River with views of the Philadelphia skyline.

The golf course is a links style layout along open and slightly rolling, uneven fairways. There's water coming into play on over half the holes along with clusters of sand bunkers strategically placed throughout the landing zones and greens. It plays to 7,086 yards, 73.8/135, course/slope ratings from the tips with four shorter tees, designed by Ed Shearon and Pete Fazio, Tom's cousin.
