Saddle Creek is midway between Nashville and Huntsville east of Lewisburg 10 minutes off I-65 on the east side of town.

The layout features a varied mix of holes with a parkland front side and a links-style backside open to the elements. The course is within an Audubon Sanctuary with Snake Creek traversing the middle of the layout in addition to multiple ponds in a natural, scenic setting. From the tips, it plays to 6,713 yards, 72.3/129, course/slope ratings, the white tees play to 6,303 yards, 70.9/121 course/slope ratings with two shorter tees, designed by Gene Bates.
