The Salem CC is on the southeast side of Salem behind the Marion County Fairgrounds.

It's an established layout ambling over a large tract of land with a blend of broad and narrow fairway corridors defined by stands or rows of mature hardwoods. Water, in the form of ponds and Town Creek, is the dominant feature especially on the back side with little in the way of sand bunkers. It will play to 6,453 yards, 71.1/119, course/slope ratings off the back tees with three shorter tees.
