Salishan is on the Pacific a couple hours southwest of Portland just south of Lincoln City on the Pacific Coast Byway in Gleneden Beach on the south side if Siletz Bay

The golf course is primarily a parkland layout along broad, tree lined fairways while most of the back nine is reminiscent of links golf as it journeys through the coastal dunes and open, grassy meadows along Siletz Bay with views of the Pacific. It's 6,470 yards from the back tees, 72.3/132, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees, originally designed by Fred Federspiel with a redesign by James Hardy and Peter Jacobson.
