Sammy Baugh Golf Course is a 9 hole layout on the south side of Snyder bordering the West Texas College Campus to the south with the majority of the holes wrapping around a large lake.

The course moves over level terrain along fairways defined by a scattering of trees leading to modest greens many of which are defended by sand bunkers. It can play to 3.045 yards, 34.7/128, course/slope rating off the back tees with two shorter tees, designed by Jim Eagle.
