Scenic Hills is on the north side of Pensacola just off US 90 west of the UWF campus and owned by the University of West Florida.

The course makes its way through an established, residential neighborhood with either homes or trees lining the fairways. There's some elevation change here with plenty of water hazards, wetlands, and sand bunkers, and overall is a challenging, well designed layout. It was originally designed by Chic Adams in the 1950s with redesign work by Jerry Pate and from the back tees it's 6,730 yards, par 71, 73.4/130, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
