Shuksan is in the Bellingham area off the I-5 at the Ferndale exit #262 then east a few miles.

The golf course takes its name from one of the Cascade peaks and at times is reminiscent of mountain climbing. It climbs though a natural setting in the hills and valleys around Ten Mile Creek with a variety of open and narrow, fairways and a few vantage points where Mt. Baker is in view. From the back tees it's 6,742 yards, 72.9/137, course/lope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Rick Dvorak.
