Signal Point is on the north side of Fort Benton just south of the airport an hour northeast of Great Falls.

The 9 hole layout is a routine parkland design over level terrain along tree lined fairways on the bluffs of the Upper Missouri River with views of the City of Fort Benton and the Bears Paw and Highwood Mountains. There's a couple of slight doglegs while the balance of the holes are straightforward with sand bunkers primarily along the sides of the small, round greens. There's four sets of tees with the tips at 3,457 yards, 36.0/120, course/slope ratings, designed by Norman Woods.
