Silver Creek is on the north side Show Low in the White Mountains gliding over high desert terrain on the east side of White Mountain Lake

The golf course traverses the rolling hills and mostly open terrain with scattered trees along the fairways and several water features. There's a series of interesting green complexes flush with the approaches defended by a modest amount of sand bunkers at the sides. It was Gary Panks first solo stab at golf course architecture and plays to 6,813 yards from the black tees, 78.1/136, course/slope ratings with three shorter tee boxes.
