Siren National is 1.5 hours northeast of the Twin Cities and 40 minutes west of Spooner, WI.

The layout is a parkland design carved through the forest with numerous streams, ponds, and wetlands in play, but with a couple of wide open holes for temporary relief from the trees. It's a scenic setting over the rolling hills with each hole somewhat isolated from the others and without homes or development along the course. From the back tees the course plays to 6,737 yards with a 132 slope, the blue tees are 6,403 yards, 71.6/130 course and slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by T.L. Haugen in 2001.
