Sonoma is available to guests of the Fairmount's Mission Inn Resort and is located on the northwest side of Sonoma on Arnold Drive.

The golf course flows over a 180 acre tract of rolling terrain with oak tree studded fairways yielding views of the nearby Mayacamas Mountains and surrounding vineyards. In terms of hazards, there's multiple water features and fingered sand bunkers lining the fairways and defending the greens. There's four sets of tees with the tips playing to 7,082 yards, 74.6/137, course/slope ratings. The golf course is a classic dating back to 1928 and designed by Sam Whiting,(Olympic Club Lake Course) with updating by Robert Muir Graves in 1991 and Tripp Davis in 2023.
