Souris Valley is located on the west side of Minot off US 2 on Bus US 2 along the low land of the Souris River

The golf course is a parkland layout cruising along broad fairways with the River serpentining the northern third of the course and in play quite often. The fairways are defined by trees and sand bunkers defend the occasional landing zone and many of the greens of varying shapes and sizes. It plays to 6,759 yards from the tips, 72.5/125, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Mike Morley in 1968.
