Spessard Holland is an executive layout with a par of 67 located in Melbourne Beach on the barrier island between the Atlantic and the Intracoastal.

The layout is scenic, with views of the Intracoastal from the holes on the western border. It's a challenging layout with native trees dotting the fairways. It is dominated by water features and sand bunkers along the fairways, as well as securing the greens. It can play to 5,018 yards, 64.4/117, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Arnold Palmer.
