The layout's fairways are expansive along unique and isolated corridors. It's a parkland design over a slight elevation change along tree-lined fairways with numerous ponds and streams in play, as well as sand bunkers guarding the landing zones and greens. It's a Rick Jacobson design with 7,550 yards from the tips, 74.8/134 course/slope ratings, and three shorter tees.
