St. Ives is part of the Tullymore Resort located an hour west of Midland or an hour north of Grand Rapids in Stanwood in the Canadian Lakes area.

St. Ives is located 5 miles north of the Tullymore Resort carved through woodlands, wetlands, and glacier highlands along unique and isolated corridors. The routing has substantial variety with elevated tees, lakes and wetlands, and numerous sand bunkers both along the fairways and greenside in a setting with stunning, panoramic views. There's four sets of tees overall, the tips play to 6,702 yards, 73.3/140, course/slope ratings, a Jerry Matthews design from the mid-1990s.
