Swan Valley is on the west side of Saginaw off Gratiot at Kennely Road.

The course floats over flat land partially through a residential development with ponds, streams, and sand bunkers dominating the layout. There's an interesting mix of holes with potentially drivable par 4s, doglegs, and reachable par 5s in two providing numerous risk/reward opportunities. It's not all that long at 6,072 yards from the tips, 69.2/121, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees, designed by Jerry Matthews.
