The Tally Mountain is a municipal golf course located on the southeast side of Tallapoosa carved through the woods.

The layout's fairways are defined by old growth hardwoods as it moves along hilly and sloping terrain. There's little in the way of water hazards and zero sand traps, but it's somewhat target golf with narrow fairways and approaches to the greens. There's four sets of tees overall with the tips playing to 6,874 yards, 70.0/125, course/slope ratings with design work by Arthur Davis and Joe Lee.
