Tamarack Golf Course, "Jewel of the Plains", is located off I-70 at the Limon exit on the south side of town.

This nine hole golf course is a rudimentary layout over slightly rolling terrain along broad fairways defined by trees. There's two water hazards in the middle of the golf course and potentially in play on several holes and a lone sand bunker at seven of the oval greens. It will play to 3,023 yards, 34.4/111, course/slope ratings off the tips with one shorter tee, designed by Henry Hughes.
