Tangle Ridge is an upscale, municipal golf course between Dallas and Ft Worth just south of Joe Pool Lake in Grand Prairie.

The course flows over rolling topography in an isolated, park-like setting and is an interesting and engaging layout overall. The golf course has it all with sloping and hilly, tree lined fairways, water in the form of wetlands, streams, and lakes on half the holes, and a generous amount of sand bunkers along the landing zones and securing the greens. It plays to 6,835 yards, 73.4/133, course/slope ratings off the tips with three shorter tees, designed by Jeff Brauer.
