Tara Hills is in southwest Omaha in Papillion on Giles Road off I-80 within a residential community.

The golf course is a short, compact parkland layout moving along hilly and level, tree lined fairways with water hazards in play on seven holes and well bunkered fairways and greens. There's three sets of tees from 4,879 yards to 6,160 yards, 70.2/127, course/slope ratings, designed by Patrick Wyss.
