New Seabury is a private resort located on the South Cape in Mashpee bordering Nantucket Sound, and is open to outside play through a stay/play offering with condos and cottages on site.


The Ocean course, true to its name, with the front nine moveing along the Sound at Succonesset Point then proceeds back into the coastal forest for the inward nine. The Dunes meanwhile is the anthesis of Dunes as it's carved through the forest and an upscale residential community along narrow fairway corridors with an array of doglegs, generous bunkering, and modest, undulating green complexes. The Ocean course has four sets of tees from 5,573 yards to 7,105 yards off the back tees, the white tees play to 6,150 yards, 71.6/125, course/slope ratings; the Dunes course has tees from 4,558 yards to 6,041 yards where the course/slope ratings are 70.0/127, designed by William Mitchell and renovated by Bruce Hepner.
