Valle Vista is northeast of Kingman off I-40 at Route 66 to the north within an isolated residential development consisting primarily of seniors.

The layout winds through the community along generally open and generous fairways with lightly scattered trees defining the margins. It's a fairly routine layout with sand traps defending most of the oval or kidney shaped greens and several ponds impacting play. The course was designed by Fred Bolton with the tips playing to 6,266 yards, 68.9/120 course/slope ratings with two shorter tees.
