The Pearl Club is located about 7 miles northeast of downtown Owensboro off US 60 to the east at Wrights Landing Road.

The golf course is partially bordering a residential development on forested land with unique and isolated fairways. It's a parkland style design along wide, rolling fairways bordered by five lakes/ponds with sand traps defending the fairways and contoured greens. It can play to 6,925 yards from the black tees, 73.0/132, course/slope ratings with five shorter tees, designed by Don Charles in 1993.
