The Pointe is located off of Hwy. 158 in Powells Point 5 minutes North of the Wright Memorial Bridge.

It's an interesting layout that moves through a natural area without homes or development along the holes, a break from the beach area's congestion. The course routing is parkland style, along tree-lined fairways over level terrain and moderately bunkered with water in play on 15 holes. It's a 1995 Russell Breeden design that, from the back tees, is 6,343 yards, 70.0/126, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
