The Territory is 1 1/2 hours southwest of Oklahoma City on the west side of Duncan.

The layout spreads over a massive 640 acres of rolling topography with 100 feet of elevation change overall. The oak and sumac bordered fairways traverse the entire property with native grasses at the margins and Stagestand Creek and numerous ponds intersecting at times. Mammoth is the key term here with the property size, fairways, greens, and sand bunkers. There's five sets of tees overall with the Copper tees at 6,044 yards, 70.7/129, course, slope ratings, designed by Randy Heckenkemper.
