The Territory is 1 1/2 hours southwest of Oklahoma City on the west side of Duncan and is open to outside play through a stay-and-play program.

The layout spreads over 640 acres of rolling topography with 100 feet of elevation change. The oak and sumac-bordered fairways traverse the entire property, with native grasses at the margins and Stagestand Creek and numerous ponds intersecting at times. Mammoth is the key term here, with the property size, fairways, greens, and sand bunkers. There are five sets of tees overall, with the Copper tes at 6,044 yards, 70.7/129, course, slope ratings, designed by Randy Heckenkemper.
