The Woodford Club is located on the southwest side of Lexington on the Bluegrass Parkway.

The golf course flows over rolling topography along tree-lined fairways on a large, natural tract of land. There are 25 sand bunkers defending mostly the greens and water features on several holes. There are four sets of tees from 4,870 yards to 6,119 yards, 70.2/129, course/slope rating off the back tees, designed by Buck Blankenship.
