Tiger Point is in Gulf Breeze, directly on the Gulf of Mexico, just outside Pensacola, within a residential community along the Santa Rosa Sound.

The golf course has a links-style design and is wide open off the tee, with water in play on 14 holes. It includes an island green and abundant sand traps at the landing zones, as well as defending the greens. It plays to 7,054 yards, 74.4/146/141, course/slope rating from the tips with five shorter tees, designed by Bill Amick with a redesign by Jerry Pate and Ron Garl, and further by Nathan Crace.
