TPC Colorado is an hour north of downtown Denver off US 287 Beerthoud Parkway to the north and west.

The layout is within an upscale residential community and features a wide open, generally straightforward design with views over several reservoirs and the Rocky Mountains to the west. It features conventional and revetted sand bunkers with fescue lined fairways and massive green complexes. The tips can play to an enormous 7,991 yards, 76.9/140, course/sloe ratings with six shorter tees boxes, the blue tees will play to 6,141 yards, 68.8/120, course/slope ratings, designed by Arthur Schaupeter.
