Tupper Lake is a classic parkland layout in a picturesque setting in Adirondack Park. It is carved through a clearing in the forests on the south side of Tupper Lake at the base of Mt. Morris.

The layout is generally straightforward, save for several slight doglegs, with rather generous tree-lined fairways, sand bunkers primarily positioned around many greens and two water hazards. However, it is short at 6,153 yards from the back tees, has 69.5/128 course/slope ratings, and was a collaboration between Donald Ross and Willard Wilkinson.
