Valley of the Moon Golf Club is on the east side of Santa Rosa off Sonoma Highway with two 18-hole golf courses designed by Ted Robinson.

The Valley course is the championship-level layout along tree-lined fairways with sand bunkers defending the small to mid-sized greens and the occasional fairway and numerous water hazards most of which are on the back nine. It can play to 6,379 yards from the back tees, 70.4/126, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees.

The Sugarloaf course is an executive-level layout over similar terrain along heritage, oak tree-lined fairways with a moderate amount of sand traps and several water hazards in a setting providing views of the Annadel State Park Forest. It plays to a par of 63 with a total yardage of 4,293 yards, 61.8/103, course/slope ratings, and four shorter tees.
