Villa Roma is about 30 minutes west of Monticello and 2 hours northwest of Manhattan.

The course is a parkland layout providing an interesting mix of holes featuring a surprising amount of elevation change with multiple water hazards on the backside and sand bunkers generally greenside. It was designed by David Postlewaite and from the tips is 6,534 yards, 71.6/127, course/slope ratings and three shorter tees.
