John E. Walker Sr. Golf Course is the home course for Clemson University and located south of campus on Hartwell Lake.

The golf course is a parkland layout with an open, links feel yet with the fairway corridors bordered by dense forests. The golf course is challenging with numerous water hazards including Hunnicutt Creek and well placed sand bunkers protecting the fairways and greens with the last five holes running along the shores of Lake Hartwell providing a strong finish. From the Tiger tees it measures 6,911 yards, 72.5/134, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by DJ DeVictor.
