The Wayne Country Club is on the north side of Wayne surrounded by farmland save for homes along several of the holes.

The layout is a parkland routing with the more mature and hilly front nine built in 1948 and the flatter and longer back nine in 1969. The fairways are defined by trees along numerous doglegs with the small, oval greens minimally protected with sand bunkers. There's three sets of tees overall with the tips playing to 6,384 yards, 70.6/120, course/slope ratings.
