Westchase is 15 minutes northwest of the Tampa Bay International Airport in the Westchase master-planned community off Veterans Expressway at Linebaugh to the west.

The course is a parkland layout along mounded fairways with 50+ sand bunkers and water or wetlands in play on 11 holes. The course was designed by Lloyd Clifton in 1992 and is 6,699 yards from the black tees, 72.0/136, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees.
