Westchester is southeast of Columbus by 15 miles within a residential community with homes along half the holes.

The parkland layout is along broad fairways over level terrain, with trouble a constant presence, including water hazards, trees and doglegs, sand traps, and deep rough off the fairways. Designed by Dr. Michael Hurdzan in 1997, it plays 7,120 yards from the back tees, has a course/slope rating of 73.6/128, and has four shorter sets of tees.
