White Plains is a municipal golf course owned and operated by the Charles County Parks and Rec located on the east side of US 301 between Waldorf and La Plata.

The golf course jaunts through the White Plains Regional Park and is mostly pure golf with homes bordering several exterior holes. It's a challenging layout along tree lined fairways over rolling land with the occasional water hazard and slight dogleg, but little in the way of sand bunkers. From the back tees it can play to 6,277 yards, par 70, 70.0/125, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by J. Porter Gibson in the 1970s.
